You Don't Have to Carry This Alone
A free, private Support Group for survivors of spiritual abuse.
A Support Group
With people who've been there.
Walking through the aftermath of spiritual abuse can be brutal. And lonely.
And many who find themselves on this journey lose their faith communities altogether. And those who still have people around them may still feel alone when it's hard to put into words what you've walked through.
And almost no one has words.
Still—something in us longs to be seen. To have someone bear witness with us. To the harm that has come. The complexity of the journey. The good longings and powerful truths that have been met with manipulation, shame that belongs to another, and heartbreak.
This is a space for you.
What to Expect
This isn't a class. It's not a service. It's not counseling.
It's Support. Connection. Honest grappling.
Tears. And impossibly, sometimes, laughter.
It's our favorite night of the week. A place where you'll be me with understanding —and where you don't have to explain yourself to be welcomed.
Some nights the grief is fresh. Some nights it's quieter. Wherever you are on the journey, there's a place for you here.
